So I move in to this apartment on Friday which is 16 of July...Thanks for Eric ( the taiwan guy I mentioned) and his friend Bob for helping me to carry some of my stuffs from the backpacker hostel all the way to this apartment...although only take us 15 mins by walking...
So yea we got here and everything is ok...just my bed is kinda unstable..like kinda shaky..yea..other than that is just normal typical apartment I guess...
So I am not very happy with my bed so I made a complain to this student living department which handles my living at the moment..and they said they will find someone to fix it but may take awhile and ask me to be patient and wait...So that night I decided to stay one more extra night at the backpacker hostel because of the bed...
The next day which is 17 of July is a saturday...Eric and bob decided to go to this "Small German Village" called Handorf..They asked me to go together and since I had nothting to do on that say so I followed...
Well, we had a bit troubel to find the right bus stop to take the right bus...we asked around...but daa yea...luckily at the end we managed to find it...we almost missed it though...we ran for the bus..hahahaha...what an experience...
Yea..so took us around 45 to 60 mins from down town to this village...it's a small tiny town...They wanted to go there because of the "legendary pork" meal...
We walked around while finding this place called German Inn....It's not hard for us to find due to it's really a small town
When we walked in the Inn...We were shocked...there are like 15 to 20 tables I guess? But the thing is all tables ARE FULL !!!! Around...I don know...30 to 40 people?
We were requested to sit at a tiny bar and wait...We waited for like 15 mins and finally we got a table...
We did not realise how HUGE the meal is until our food was served...We all took a big deep breath when our "#$% German Platter" was served....IT' REALLY HUGE...look for yourself...
And we did not know it is that huge so when we ordered I ordered a mushroom
soup for myself and Bob ordered a Beef Burger...and we regreted we did...it's not because of the taste...THEY ARE ALL DELICIOUS trust me...they do...is that THEY ARE ALL IN XXL size man...my goodness...
What I like the most about this small town is...it's full of different kinds of small cottage...lovely...
That night I went to a gathering meal with Daniel..Arthur..Phoebe..Sterling..Danny and daa...a guy I forgot his name...I AM SO SORRY
x.x So yea..they invited me over and daa I brought a bottle of red wine due to I dont know what else to bring yet dont want to go over with empty hands...
The prawn noodle they made seriosuly simple yet taste GREAT...just a bit too spicy for me I guess...I sweat like hell while eating..my tongue BURN !!! Hahahaha...I'm such a loser I know....
Well after dinner...we watched Ip man 2...I watched like twice before bet I really dont mind to watch again because I kinda like the movie especially the kung fu part...but at the end...I was reading the subtitle and translate myself quietly because that subtitle was killing me..
It's tolly BS I may say...sucks to the max..made me laugh out unintentionly at some not funny part...x.x
On sunday...I managed to wake up on time to join the sunday service at 9 although I can go for the 11's...around 3smthing in the afternoon Colin called me and said he was at the chinatown buying some stuffs asked me to join him...( He said he would cook Bah Kut Teh days before
asked me to join)
So I joined him at the Chinatown and we went back to his house together...It was really cold that day..around 8c..We had great fun at his place..We played PS together..Lord of the Ring was the game...hahaha..really fun...the Bah Kut Teh was SUPERB !!!!
Colin is really good in cooking I may say...and he really into cooking stuff which I really admire his talent and hardwork...I will start to call him Jamie Oliver cos he's a big fan of Jamie Oliver...
He escorted me to take bus and daa during the walk to the bus stop near his place...It's the first time I talk and got smoke come out from my mouth...It's really cold that day like really really cold...I think it's the coldest day since I've been here...
Alright..I'll stop right here at the moment...hope I can get the internet access asap...
